Job summary

National Dentex Continental Dental Laboratory in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a skilled Dental Lab Technician (Removable) to join our team. This full-time role focuses on fabricating removable dentures from patient impressions, setting up teeth, and ensuring accurate occlusion.

Regular hours 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday–Friday. Benefits include health, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, paid holidays, vacation and sick time, 401(k) with company contribution, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• High School diploma or GED required; prior lab experience preferred.
• Experience with denture fabrication processes and denture study models is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create denture models from patient impressions and pour in dental stone.
• Fabricate custom trays and wax bite rims with proper contours and lip support.
• Set up teeth in occlusion, build gingival contours, and ensure natural appearance.
• Flask dentures, inject acrylic, and remove plaster to finish and polish dentures.
• Perform other duties as assigned across the lab.
