Job summary

Dental Metrics Maven is seeking a skilled Denture Technician / Lead Removable Technician to take ownership of the denture department in our South Jersey lab. You will handle start-to-finish denture production, setups, processing, finishing, and repairs in a hands-on role within a small team.

The ideal candidate has strong analog denture experience and can work independently with minimal supervision. Digital denture experience is welcome but not required as we expand that workflow.

Qualifications

• Strong denture-related skills and experience in a dental laboratory.
• Ability to manage start-to-finish denture production independently.
• Experience with denture setups, processing, finishing, and repairs.
• Comfortable working in a small team and coordinating with others.
• Digital denture knowledge is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate full and partial dentures from start to finish.
• Perform denture setups, processing, finishing, and polishing.
• Complete denture repairs, relines, tooth additions, and related removable work.
• Read and interpret prescriptions, models, and case instructions.
• Ensure proper occlusion, fit, function, and esthetics.
• Manage daily denture workflow with minimal supervision.
• Coordinate with other technicians and support staff to keep cases moving efficiently.
• Perform same-day denture repairs when needed.
• Work with patients in the lab setting for repairs or adjustments when required.
• Assist with expanding removable services, including chairside conversions, if experienced.
• Maintain quality standards and ensure completed work meets clinical expectations.
• Keep an organized, clean, and efficient workstation.
