Aspen Dental-branded practices are independently owned and operated by licensed dentists. We are seeking a Lead Dentist in California to assume the Managing Clinical Director role, overseeing patient-centric care and clinical leadership with a strong emphasis on high-quality dental treatments.

You will conduct comprehensive exams, present treatment options, and drive excellence in patient outcomes while collaborating with non-clinical teams.

Qualifications

• Must be a DDS or DMD from an accredited school.

Responsibilities

• Leading a patient-centric team that respects your clinical judgment and leadership
• Conducting comprehensive full mouth exams and diagnosing dental conditions
• Offering treatment planning options and discussing them with patients
• Providing high-quality clinical treatments with excellence and efficiency
• Maintaining awareness of budget and collaborating with Operations to attain financial objectives
• Mentoring and coaching dental staff and clinicians
• Keeping abreast of dentistry developments through continued education and professional development
• Networking with dental associations to represent Aspen Dental-branded practices in the community
