Aspen Dental is seeking a lead dentist to serve as Managing Clinical Director, overseeing clinical operations and patient care at an Indiana location. You’ll focus on clinical excellence while the organization handles business tasks to let you lead with confidence.

You’ll conduct comprehensive exams, diagnose conditions, present treatment options, mentor a dental team, and participate in the Practice Ownership Program.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited school.
• Experience leading a dental team and coordinating care.
• Ability to mentor and coach dentists and staff.
• Commitment to high standards of dental practice ethics.

Responsibilities

• Lead a patient-centric team and uphold clinical judgment.
• Provide comprehensive full-mouth exams and diagnose conditions.
