• Conduct comprehensive full mouth exams and diagnose dental conditions.
• Offer treatment planning options and discuss them with patients.
• Provide high-quality clinical treatments with efficiency and precision.
• Monitor budget awareness and collaborate with Operations to meet financial goals.
• Mentor and coach new dentists and the dental team.
