You’ll mentor dentists and staff, network with professional groups, and collaborate with back‑end support to focus on patient care while pursuing Practice Ownership opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be a DDS or DMD from an accredited school.

Responsibilities

• Lead a patient-centric team while respecting clinical judgment and leadership.
• Conduct comprehensive full-mouth exams and diagnose dental conditions.
• Offer treatment planning options and discuss them with patients.
• Provide high-quality clinical treatments with excellence and efficiency.
• Mentor and coach dentists and an entire team of dental professionals.
• Keep abreast of new developments in dentistry through continued education and professional development.
• Network with professional groups, dental associations, and dental societies to represent Aspen Dental-branded practices.
