• Offer treatment planning options and discuss them with patients.

• Maintain awareness of budget and work with Operations to attain financial objectives.
• Mentor and coach new dentists and an entire team of dental professionals.
• Keep abreast of new developments through continued education and professional development.
• Network with professional groups, dental associations, and societies to represent Aspen Dental-branded practices.
