Qualifications

• Must be a DDS or DMD from an accredited school.

Responsibilities

• Lead a patient-centric team while upholding clinical judgment and leadership.
• Ensure high-quality care and adherence to dental ethics and professionalism.
• Conduct comprehensive full-mouth exams and diagnose dental conditions.
• Present treatment options and discuss them with patients.
• Deliver high-quality clinical treatments with excellence and efficiency.
• Manage budget awareness and collaborate with Operations to meet financial goals.
• Mentor and coach new dentists and the team.
• Stay current with advancements through continued education.
• Network with professional groups to represent Aspen Dental practices.
