Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited school.
• Excellent patient care and clinical judgment.
• Experience leading a dental team is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a patient-centric team while upholding clinical judgment and professionalism.
• Ensure high quality care for all patients and maintain ethical standards.
• Conduct comprehensive full-mouth exams and diagnose conditions.
• Discuss treatment planning options with patients and obtain consent.
• Provide high-quality clinical treatments efficiently and safely.
• Mentor and coach junior dentists and staff to improve performance.
• Stay updated on dentistry advances through continuing education.
• Represent Aspen Dental-branded practices in the community.
