Advanced Dentistry of South Florida is seeking an experienced Lead Clinical Treatment Coordinator to join a fast-paced, multi-specialty private practice in Delray Beach, Florida. The role involves managing complex treatment plans, coordinating patient care, and supporting clinical team performance in a high-volume environment with a concierge-level patient experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years dental practice experience.
• Strong background in treatment coordination and case presentation.
• Knowledge of CDT coding, insurance workflows, and revenue cycle processes.
• Experience in leadership or team lead roles preferred.
• Experience with Invisalign workflows and provisional fabrication is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate complex treatment plans and multi-phase cases from diagnosis through completion.
• Support case acceptance through patient communication and follow-up.
• Collaborate closely with doctors, specialists, and clinical teams.
• Lead onboarding, mentoring, and performance support for clinical team members.
• Maintain accurate documentation, insurance coordination, and treatment sequencing.
• Manage hospital-based case logistics and continuity of care.
• Utilize dental technology including Dentrix, iTero, CBCT, and Overjet.
• Support clinical workflow efficiency and patient experience standards.
