You will own the financial and insurance coordination for complex dental cases in a luxury private practice, ensuring patients understand benefits, responsibilities, and treatment timelines.

The role requires 5+ years in dental insurance, Dentrix proficiency, CDT knowledge, and the ability to present plan details clearly while protecting revenue.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in dental treatment planning, insurance verification, and patient financial coordination.
• Advanced proficiency with Dentrix and insurance portals.
• Thorough knowledge of CDT codes, PPO benefits, exclusions, and multi-phase plans.
• Experience in luxury private practice settings.
• Ability to explain coverage clearly and manage complex cases.

Responsibilities

• Present complex treatment plans with clarity and transparency.
• Submit and track pre-authorizations and predeterminations.
• Verify benefits and explain coverage to patients.
• Post procedures accurately in Dentrix and maintain revenue integrity.
• Collaborate with scheduling, billing, and clinical teams.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidential records.
