- Advanced proficiency with Dentrix, insurance portals, and digital patient records.
- Thorough knowledge of CDT codes, PPO benefits, exclusions, and dental terminology for multi-phase plans.
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving to lead financial conversations.
Responsibilities
- Present comprehensive treatment plans with clarity and empathy.
- Submit and track pre-authorizations and predeterminations.
- Verify benefits in detail and explain coverage to patients clearly.
- Post procedures accurately in Dentrix and ensure revenue integrity.
- Collaborate with scheduling and billing to align treatment with finances.
- Maintain meticulous financial documentation and backups.
- Support multi-specialty or luxury practice with high service standards.
