Job summary

Canyon Trails Family Dental in Goodyear, AZ seeks a Lead Dental Assistant to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate leads back-office operations, delivers exceptional chairside care, and fosters positive patient experiences through strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Valid RDA License
• 3+ years of hands-on dental assisting experience is highly prferred
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
• Knowledge of Dentrix software
• Ideal Certifications: Coronal Polishing and Radiology
• Must know how to delegate tasks in order to help run smooth back office
• Experience in ordering supplies and keeping track of lab cases
• Must know how to pack cord and make temp crowns

• Lead with a superior chairside manner to ensure positive patient experiences.
