A pediatric dental practice in San Antonio is seeking a Lead Dental Assistant to oversee daily operations and assist with procedures. The ideal candidate will have experience in pediatric dentistry, strong leadership skills, and must hold a Registered Dental Assistant certification. This role involves managing schedules, maintaining inventory, and ensuring a positive experience for young patients. Pay is $20/hr and the schedule includes 3 to 4 weekdays plus 2 Saturdays a month.
