PrimeCare Benefits Group, Inc. Lead Dental Assistant position supports daily clinical operations in a general dentistry practice. You will lead the dental assisting team, oversee scheduling, training, inventory, lab cases, and invoicing while ensuring OSHA/HIPAA compliance and patient-centered care.

The role requires 3–5 years of dental assisting with leadership experience, CPR/BLS, proficiency in dental software and digital radiography, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of dental assisting experience, with leadership preferred.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Proficient in dental software and digital radiography.
• In-depth knowledge of sterilization and infection control protocols.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Chairside assisting during exams, fillings, crowns, extractions, and impressions.
• Oversee daily duties and workflows of the dental assisting team.
• Train, mentor, and support new and current dental assistants.
• Create and maintain assistant schedules and coverage.
• Maintain OSHA/HIPAA compliance and infection control protocols.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate lab cases and invoicing.
