1st Classic Dental in Sun City, AZ is seeking an experienced Lead Dental Assistant to take ownership of daily operatory operations and help the team run efficiently while delivering exceptional patient care. You will lead chairside support, assist with restorative and cosmetic procedures, and ensure a welcoming patient experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of dental assisting experience preferred.
• Arizona Radiology Certification is required.
• CPR Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a lead assistant and provide support during daily clinical operations.
• Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures, including restorative and cosmetic procedures.
• Ensure excellent patient care and create a comfortable, welcoming experience.
• Help maintain an efficient and organized clinical workflow.
• Train and support team members as needed.
• Take dental radiographs (X-rays).
• Manage infection control, sterilization, and instrument maintenance.
• Prepare and break down operatories.
• Educate patients on post‑operative instructions and oral hygiene.
• Use digital scanners and assist with digital dentistry workflows.
• Take impressions and assist with lab communication as needed.
