Job summary

Arizona Smile Design in Sun City West, AZ, is hiring a Dental Assistant with 3+ years of active chairside experience. Join a boutique, high-tech practice led by seasoned doctors and enjoy a patient-first philosophy with advanced tools like digital X-rays and intraoral cameras.

Compensation is $20.00 - $24.00 per hour (DOE) with a monthly team performance bonus. Schedule: Mon-Thurs 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Friday half-days available soon.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of active chairside dental assisting experience in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Dental Assisting Certificate and Arizona X-ray certification are required.

Responsibilities

• Act as the doctor's chairside partner to ensure smooth restorations, implants, and complex cases.
• Capture high-quality digital X-rays and intraoral images for patient education.
• Manage lab case tracking and inventory to keep the clinical team on schedule.
• Support patient comfort and explain post-op care to patients in a relaxing environment.
