Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted advisor to senior leadership across commercial, marketing, finance, operations, and supply chain.
• Lead the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process aligning demand, supply and financial plans.
• Transform data into strategic insights using forecasting analytics, trends, lifecycle data, and BI tools.
• Drive measurable results via forecast accuracy improvements, bias reduction, and proactive risk management.
• Support new product launches with demand plans to enable commercialization and portfolio growth.
• Champion continuous improvement and lead supply chain process enhancements and technology initiatives.
• Provide executive-level recommendations and communicate key assumptions and risks.
