Job summary

Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC) is seeking a senior program lead to manage multiple strategic, cross-enterprise end-to-end implementations. You will guide business and technology partners from business case through implementation on complex, high-impact initiatives.

The role requires 4 years of leadership experience and extensive healthcare industry knowledge, with strong communication, risk management, and project oversight capabilities. Hybrid work with in-office three days weekly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of leadership or management experience.
• 5 years of experience in healthcare, business consulting, systems implementation, managing projects, or related healthcare functions.
• Health insurance or healthcare industry experience.
• Experience leading large-scale/complex projects.
• Strong communication and ability to coordinate across departments and senior leadership.
• Experience delegating across multiple complex projects in a matrixed environment.
• Ability to work independently and in teams with changing priorities.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Visio.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-resolution skills.
• Ability to identify risks and work with diverse teams to mitigate them.

Job Summary

This position is responsible for bringing seniority and experience to the managing of multiple strategic, cross-enterprise end to end implementations of varying complexity and strategic importance. This role serves as the business lead on a given implementation and collaborates with cross functional business and technology partners to take the project from business case analysis through implementation. Projects in this space are complex, fast moving and critical to business strategy.

Required Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of leadership or management experience.
• 5 years of experience in healthcare, business consulting, systems implementation, managing projects management, business analysis, process improvement, strategic planning, product administration or other relevant healthcare functions
• Health insurance or healthcare industry experience
• Large scale/complex project work
• Verbal and written communications skills including establishing working relationships across departments, preparing presentations to cross-functional stakeholders (including senior management), and establishing team environment.
• Experience managing and delegating assignments across multiple complex projects successfully in a matrixed environment.
• Capable of working independently and in group settings with ability to respond to rapidly changing priorities.
• PC proficiency to include MS Office products and VISIO.
• Organizational skills.
• Problem resolution experience and skills.
• Identifying complex risks and issues, risk mitigation, and issue resolution, including working and negotiating with diverse teams
• Analytical skills.
• Detail oriented.

Flex employees are expected to be in the office a minimum of three days a week. Management will have discretion to modify an employee's weekly schedule for exigent circumstances.

Base Pay Range $102,000.00 - $184,300.00 Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
