Job summary

Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC) seeks a senior business analyst to lead cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment from inception to completion. You will oversee project teams, resources, and budgets while engaging senior management to support transformational programs.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree with 5+ years (or 9 years) in relevant fields, strong communication and strategic planning skills. The position follows a hybrid policy with three days in the office weekly.

Job Summary

This position is responsible for leading business analysis, ensuring alignment and integration across functional areas in support of divisional strategies, and ensuring consistency and efficiency of major, complex, and strategic cross-divisional and enterprise-wide projects and initiatives from inception to completion. Provides oversight & coordination of project teams, resources, and budget to implement projects or initiatives according to dynamic and critical timelines. Interacts with all levels of management including senior management. Supports the prioritization of transformational program activities and tracks progress to goals.

Required Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience OR 9 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, project management, business operations or relevant health care industry experience 3 years of experience leading with large and complex multi-million dollar projects.

This position is expected to adhere to HCSC's hybrid flex policy of 3 days in office weekly.

Flex employees are expected to be in the office a minimum of three days a week. Management will have discretion to modify an employee's weekly schedule for exigent circumstances.

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience.

This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.

Base Pay Range $69,800.00 - $125,900.00 Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
