Mollie Stone's Markets in San Bruno, CA seeks a Chef to lead daily deli production and catering. You will develop recipes, create dishes from seasonal ingredients, and merchandise prepared foods while delivering excellent customer service.

Work closely with the Deli Manager to meet financial goals, manage inventory, and train 2–7 staff. Must have 2–3 years kitchen chef experience, Serv-Safe is a plus, and ability to lift 50 lbs with flexible evenings/weekends.

Competenze

• 2–3 years chef experience in restaurant or hotel with catering experience.
• Ability to follow recipes and safety/sanitation rules.
• Serv-Safe certification is a plus.

• Produce high-quality deli foods daily.
• Develop recipes and seasonal dishes.
