Job summary

Coborn’s Hastings location is seeking a Deli/Bakery Assistant Manager to support operations in the absence of the Department Manager. You’ll lead a team, ensure top-notch guest service, and maintain fresh, high-quality salad, meat and bakery products.

You’ll train staff, assist guests at the counter, and uphold health and sanitation standards while driving sales and a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience in deli/bakery operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Department Manager in day-to-day deli/bakery operations.
• Lead deli & bakery staff to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Maintain product quality and freshness across salad, meat, and bakery items.
• Train new employees and assist guests at the counter.
• Ensure health, safety, and sanitation compliance; stock display cases.
