Job summary

Doceree is building the AI-powered Healthcare Marketing Cloud, an omnichannel platform enabling pharma brands to engage HCPs and patients with clinical intent.

We seek an Associate Director/Director of Product Management to own the Audience Builder & Planner pillar, partnering with Data Science, Identity/Data Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver measurable business impact for pharmaceutical clients.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of product management experience in data or audience platforms.
• Hands-on audience segmentation and identity resolution.
• Strong knowledge of programmatic advertising ecosystems.
• Ability to work across technical and client-facing teams.
• Healthcare/regulated industries experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product strategy for Audience Builder & Planner module.
• Define and maintain roadmap for audience creation and planning capabilities.
• Conduct competitive analysis across DSP, DMP, and CDP audience platforms.
• Present roadmap, progress, and strategic direction to executives and pharma clients.
• Collaborate with Data Science, Design, Sales, and CS teams.
