Rise Technical Recruitment Limited seeks a Project Engineer to take technical ownership of defence projects in Franklin, North Carolina. You will lead multidisciplinary teams across electrical, mechanical, software, test and systems engineering, translating customer requirements into technical plans and system-level solutions.

The role offers progression with internal training and opportunities to influence architecture and integration, with the ability to obtain a U.S.

Qualifications

• Experience leading engineering teams or technical projects.
• Strong system integration and technical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary engineering activities across defence electronics projects.
• Translate customer requirements into technical plans and system-level solutions.
• Oversee system architecture, integration, technical decisions and engineering reviews.
• Lead sustainment, modernization and reverse-engineering projects for legacy systems.
