Archadeck Outdoor Living in Springfield, MO is seeking an experienced Lead Carpenter to run deck and outdoor construction projects. Immediate start with a focus on building to code and delivering quality finishes. You will lead framing, finish work, and coordinate a small crew to keep projects moving.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of carpentry experience, can read engineered plans, and arrives on time. Compensation ranges from $24.00 to $30.00 per hour and includes competitive benefits.
