Flex is seeking a Debug Engineer Supervisor to lead a team in Milpitas, CA, driving testing and troubleshooting of hardware and software systems. You will guide up to 15 technicians and coordinate with engineering, quality, and production teams to resolve issues efficiently.

The role requires 4–7+ years in electrical or computer engineering, BS or MS preferred, and strong leadership skills. This on-site position offers competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering with 4–7+ years in EE/computer electrical technologies.
• 3+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Strong communication and management skills; able to mentor on the floor.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a debugging team of up to 15 technicians, providing guidance and support.
• Plan, execute, and oversee electronic hardware and software testing with proper procedures.
• Analyze test results and prepare technical reports and failure analyses for engineering and management.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, purchasing, SQA, and production to troubleshoot issues.
• Conduct root cause analysis of test yield issues and drive corrective actions.
• Mentor technicians and operators on test hardware, software, and problem-solving methods.
• Evaluate, configure, and troubleshoot FPGA and BGA technologies and identify defect sources.
