Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering plus 9+ years in relevant areas.
• PhD in Electrical Engineering plus 4+ years in researching, developing and designing related solutions.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced research programs focused on next-generation DC power systems.
• Develop control, protection, and resiliency strategies for DC and hybrid AC/DC systems.
• Lead government-funded and internally funded research projects.
• Collaborate with Eaton businesses, universities, national laboratories, and industry partners.
• Author patents, invention disclosures, technical reports, and publications.
• Present technical results to leadership, customers, and external stakeholders.
• Mentor junior engineers and researchers.
