Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering with 9+ years of experience in researching, developing and designing technology solutions in data center power architectures, DC distribution, and related areas.
• PhD in Electrical Engineering with 4+ years of experience in researching, developing and designing technology solutions in the same areas.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration work authorization for this position.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced research programs focused on next-generation DC power systems.
• Develop control, protection, and resiliency strategies for DC and hybrid AC/DC systems.
• Lead government-funded and internal research projects.
• Collaborate with Eaton businesses, universities, national laboratories, and industry partners.
• Author patents, invention disclosures, technical reports, and publications.
