Job summary

Jobot is assisting a nationwide provider of critical power and infrastructure services seeking a Lead DC Power Installation Technician in Waipahu, HI. You will oversee complex installations, lead field crews, and manage customer relationships while ensuring safety and on-time delivery.

The role requires extensive travel (up to 80%), overtime as needed, and operating in data centers, utilities, and telecom environments. Company vehicle and full benefits accompany this permanent, on-site position.

Qualifications

• Five years of DC power installation or maintenance experience.
• Experience in critical environments (data centers, utilities, telecom).
• Ability to travel up to 80% and lead field crews.

Responsibilities

• Lead DC power installation projects from setup through customer acceptance.
• Supervise technicians and subcontractors across multiple sites.
• Perform DC power, battery, UPS, and basic AC wiring installations.
• Safely work on live power systems and lead maintenance windows.
• Review specifications, drawings, and installation packages.
• Provide daily project updates and maintain documentation.
