Job summary

Concentric is looking for a DC Power Installation Technician/Level 3 with at least 2 years experience as Level 2 or equivalent. You will lead basic installations, supervise crews, and ensure quality and safety standards are met on each project.

Travel up to 80% across sites, potentially out-of-state, with overtime as needed. Strong communication, problem-solving, and a valid driver’s license are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years OEM experience or 5 years in DC power installation/maintenance.
• 5 years related experience in Central Office installation and DC Power incl. 12V/2V batteries.
• Common Telecom Manufacturer equipment certifications.
• Driver’s license and ability to pass background check; DOT/ TDOT requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead basic installation jobs from start to finish under supervision.
• Supervise Level 1 & 2 installers and coordinate daily activities.
• Ensure safety standards and live power procedures are followed.
• Prepare installation MOP and manage scope changes with customer.
• Provide daily job status reports and maintain customer interface.
