Job summary

Concentric LLC is seeking a DC Power Installation Technician/Level 4 to lead complex power installations across multiple sites. The role requires extensive experience with telecom, utility, and UPS power systems and involves supervising junior technicians, designing custom power solutions, and ensuring safety and quality standards.

The position reports to the Regional Service Manager and may require travel within the territory, with no direct reports.

Qualifications

10+ years of technician experience with DC Power and/or UPS equipment.
5 years in lead technician role.
Valid driver’s license.
Strong communication, problem solving, and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
Willingness to travel within designated territory and occasional overtime.

Responsibilities

Interact with people from all organizational levels inside and outside the company.
Provide the highest quality of service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Timely reporting of service, expense, and maintenance reports to the customer.
Be directly responsible for company assets including service vehicle, inventory, tools and equipment.
Function with little direct supervision.
Perform site assessments and supervise installation teams and subcontractors.
Review customer inquiries, specifications, and engineering data to recommend products and services.
Maintain all company vehicles and equipment.
