Job summary

Concentric is seeking a DC Power Installation Technician/Level 4 with extensive experience in telecom, utility and UPS power systems. This leadership role will supervise and train less experienced technicians and design turnkey power solutions for custom installations, while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards.

Reporting to the Regional Service Manager, the position has no direct reports but requires strong communication, problem solving, and the ability to work with diverse

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technician experience with DC Power and/or UPS equipment.
• 5 years’ experience in lead technician role.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Willingness to travel within designated territory.

Responsibilities

• Interact with people at all organizational levels and provide high quality service.
• Supervise and train less experienced technicians.
• Provide daily status updates to the Service Manager.
• Manage company assets including service vehicle, parts inventory, tools, and equipment.
• Perform site assessments for DC Power Systems and assist with project quotations.
• Resolve job specification and/or drawing problems.
