Qualifications

• Previous experience in a licensed childcare setting preferred.
• Strong understanding of early childhood development.
• Ability to manage a classroom independently (for Lead roles).
• Reliable, punctual, and professional.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans.
• Maintain structured daily and weekly classroom schedules.
• Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development.
• Conduct developmental observations and milestone tracking.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom.
• Communicate professionally and consistently with parents.
• Collaborate with team members and administration.
