Learning Care in Park Ridge, IL is hiring a Lead Teacher to inspire and guide preschool learners in a caring, collaborative classroom. You'll mentor fellow teachers, manage daily activities, ensure curriculum alignment with licensing guidelines, and build strong relationships with families to support each child’s growth.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care for preschool children’s social, physical, and intellectual growth.
• Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, and be an expert on licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Communicate with enrolled and prospective families to support your center's success.
