Job summary

Kinsley Power Systems is seeking a Residential Supervisor to support the care, safety and well-being of residents in assigned residences. You will help set performance standards and provide the training necessary for direct care staff to meet those standards, while assisting in evaluating staff performance and guiding discipline when needed.

The role includes ensuring adequate staffing, conducting weekly site inspections, coordinating safety measures, and collaborating with program coordinators

Qualifications

• Associate's degree preferred in Human Services or related field.
• Knowledge of HCBS Waiver IRA and ICF regulations preferred.
• Must be able to work a 6:00am-2:00pm shift daily and flexible hours as needed, be on-call, and provide weekend coverage as scheduled.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Applications.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of all day Direct Care staff and daily routines; schedule day shift meetings.
• Monitor time and attendance records for day shift staff.
• Interview, hire, evaluate, supervise, and discipline day shift Direct Care Counselor staff; conduct meetings and document performance.
