Qualifications

• Background check required as a condition of employment.
• Observes safety and security procedures and reports unsafe conditions.

Responsibilities

• Spot clean lobby glass doors.
• Polish chrome on lobby doors.
• Vacuum elevator cabs and wipe cab doors, walls, and tops.
• Inspect the exterior, pick up trash.
• Clean ashtrays and sand urns on each floor.
• Empty and clean exterior trash receptacles.
• Check restrooms twice daily.
• Vacuum lobby daily or as needed.
• Sweep stairwells and landings as needed.
• Remove debris from landscaped areas as needed.
• Sweep entrances and remove wall marks.
• Polish elevator cab railings and door buttons.
