• Polish chrome on lobby doors.
• Vacuum elevator cabs and wipe cab doors, walls, and tops.
• Inspect the building exterior and pick up trash.
• Empty and clean exterior trash receptacles.
• Check restrooms twice daily.
• Vacuum lobby daily and dust mop floors.
• Report lights out to the Management Office.
• Policing should be scheduled at high-traffic times.
