Job summary

Fractal Analytics seeks a Lead Databricks Architect to drive design, implementation, governance, and delivery of enterprise Data & AI platforms on Databricks for a global client.

You will lead architecture, engage with stakeholders, and deliver scalable, secure data platforms using the Databricks Lakehouse, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, and MLflow. This is a client-facing role requiring strong communication and delivery leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in data engineering/analytics/cloud architecture
• 5+ years hands-on Databricks architecture/implementation
• Experience leading enterprise data platform initiatives
• Experience working with business stakeholders and engineering teams
• Strong communication, client-facing consulting skills

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Databricks architecture lead for client-facing Data & AI initiatives
• Design and implement enterprise-scale data platforms using Databricks Lakehouse
• Architect reusable data pipelines and governance models
• Define architecture standards and delivery patterns
• Lead onsite/offshore delivery teams and mentor engineers
