Qualifications

10+ years in data engineering/analytics/cloud platforms or enterprise data architecture.
5+ years Databricks architecture and implementation experience.
Proven leadership in architecture and delivery for enterprise data platforms.
Experience working with stakeholders, product teams, and engineering groups.
Strong communication and client-facing consulting skills.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary Databricks architecture lead for client projects and partner with stakeholders.
Design and implement Databricks Lakehouse Platform architectures and governance patterns.
Architect scalable data pipelines, data models, and data products across domains.
Define security, data governance, and reliability standards and guide delivery teams.
Lead onsite/offshore delivery, mentor engineers, and drive best practices.
