Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent.
- 8+ years in enterprise-scale, mission-critical database environments.
- Proven experience leading technical teams and mentoring engineers.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with infrastructure modernization and security controls.
Responsibilities
- Lead database platform strategy and roadmap.
- Design, implement, and optimize SQL Server and cloud databases.
- Mentor engineers and coordinate with offshore resources.
- Partner with product, architecture, SRE, and DevOps teams on scalable solutions.
- Drive automation for deployment, monitoring, and provisioning.
