The role provides 24x7 on-call support, guides a technical team, ensures data protection and regulatory compliance, and coordinates with users on performance and upgrades.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field required.
• Master's Degree in Computer Science, Management or related field preferred or
• Combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree required.

Responsibilities

• Designs, implements, monitors, and maintains Oracle/SQL/Cache databases across UNIX/Linux/Windows environments.
• Provides 24x7 on-call support for areas of responsibility.
• Leads a technical team and promotes inclusion of users in design and implementation decisions.
• Ensures production stability, backup/recovery, upgrades, and capacity planning.
• Advices users on database performance and data protection.
