Job summary

Temple Health seeks a Lead Database Administrator to provide direction and support for the TUHS database environment. You will design, implement, monitor, and maintain Oracle/SQL/Cache databases across UNIX/Linux/Windows, including shell scripting, installation, upgrades, and capacity planning.

The role leads a technical team, delivers on-call support 24x7, and ensures data security and compliant practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field required.
• Master's Degree in Computer Science, Management or related field preferred.
• Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and technical support for TUHS database environment.
• Design, implement, monitor, and maintain Oracle/SQL/Cache databases.
• Lead a technical team and provide 24x7 on-call support for areas of responsibility.
• Promote inclusion of customers in design and implementation of technology.
