Job summary

Horizon Media Inc. in New York seeks the Associate Director, Marketing Sciences to center data, media, and brand strategy.

As a day‑to‑day contributor on client teams, you will generate insights to inform audience strategy for planning and performance analysis while campaigns are in flight. You will work with big data, apply advanced statistics and machine learning, and design client‑facing solutions that influence Horizon’s data strategy and product direction.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field is required.
• Advanced statistics knowledge is a plus.
• 3+ years relevant experience in media, marketing, or digital advertising.
• Expert in SQL and Python or R is essential.
• Familiarity with GitHub and machine learning is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate as a product innovator and power user to improve analysis and results, with AI support.
• Leverage structured and unstructured data for transformations and audience performance analysis.
• Apply advanced knowledge of dimensions and metrics across datasets and build modeling techniques.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross‑functional teams to meet delivery commitments.
