Job summary

Tiger Analytics is seeking an experienced Lead Data Scientist to drive forecasting initiatives and develop Generative AI solutions for explainability. You will lead forecasting model design, build Deep Learning solutions, and mentor junior data scientists in a healthcare-focused environment.

Strong programming in Python/SQL, experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras, and cloud platform expertise are required to deliver actionable business value.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in Data Science / ML roles.
• Strong hands-on expertise in forecasting models (time series, demand forecasting, predictive analytics).
• Proven experience with Deep Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Experience building Generative AI / Explainability models using LLMs, SHAP, LIME, or similar.
• Mandatory experience in the Healthcare domain.
• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and enhancement of forecasting models to improve prediction accuracy and outcomes.
• Build and deploy deep learning models for large-scale datasets.
• Develop Generative AI / Explainable AI solutions for transparent insights.
• Analyze healthcare datasets including claims, patient, provider, or operational data.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business challenges into AI solutions.
• Monitor model performance and retrain models for production environments.
• Mentor junior data scientists and provide technical leadership.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare data privacy and governance standards.
