You will lead cross-functional initiatives with product, engineering, and research, translate complex analyses into actionable insights, and mentor a team to maintain high standards of accuracy and innovation in data-driven decisionmaking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in statistics, math, economics, CS, engineering or related field.
• 7+ years in quantitative analysis and/or data science; or 6+ years with a Master’s; or 3+ years with a PhD.
• Strong ability to translate data into strategic insights and business value.

Responsibilities

• Act as subject matter expert for experimentation and causal inference.
• Lead large projects across multiple groups and stakeholders.
• Architect and maintain scalable stats, ML, and data products.
• Translate complex analyses into strategic actions aligned with OKRs.
• Foster an inclusive and high-performing team environment.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and research to shape strategy.
• Analyze data sources, test hypotheses, and provide business context.
• Deliver regular insights share-outs and data-driven decision support.
• Guide data-driven roadmap and maintain accurate reporting.
• Provide strategic direction and ensure quality and innovation.
