The role requires deep expertise in statistics, ML, experimentation, and data orchestration, with a track record of delivering end‑to‑end analytics that inform product strategy and growth.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics, economics, computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of post‑Bachelor’s quantitative analysis and/or data science; or Master’s+6 years; or PhD+3 years.

Aufgaben

• Act as SME for key experimentation and causal inference methodologies.
• Lead medium to large projects with multiple groups and stakeholders.
• Architect, implement, and maintain scalable statistics, ML, and data products for internal tooling.
• Translate statistical concepts into strategic approaches aligned with OKRs and executive decisions.
• Work cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and researchers to identify new product opportunities.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of data sources to identify patterns and provide business context.
• Deliver on data science roadmap with timely reporting and measurement.
