• Advanced degree with relevant data science experience.
• Experience across analytics projects from end to end.
• Ability to work with large, diverse datasets.
• Excellent communication of complex results.

• Develop analytical models and insights to solve business problems.
• Build high-performance algorithms and predictive models in Python.
• Work with SQL and other DB query languages.
• Present analysis ideas and results to stakeholders clearly.
• Create compelling stories in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Ensure regulatory, security, and privacy compliance.
