Qualifications

• 5+ years applying data science, ML, optimization, stats to business problems.
• 2+ years of people leadership, coaching or managing professionals.
• Experience leading data science initiatives in cross-functional environments.
• Strong understanding of ML, optimization, experimentation, and advanced analytics.
• Ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
