Qualifications

• 5+ years applying data science, ML, optimization to solve business problems.
• 2+ years of people leadership experience.
• Proven success leading teams delivering complex data science initiatives.
• Strong understanding of ML, optimization, experimentation, statistical modeling, and analytics.
• Experience communicating technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, develop, and retain a high-performing team of data scientists.
• Set scientific direction and team priorities aligned with business objectives.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-impact data science solutions.
• Drive execution of ML, optimization, forecasting, decision science, and analytics projects.
