You will collaborate with legal, compliance, engineering, and cybersecurity to translate regulatory requirements into scalable architectures and governance controls, strengthening the protection of sensitive data while enabling business innovation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years advancing Privacy Engineering, Security Engineering, or related disciplines with GDPR/CCPA/HIPAA experience.
• 5+ years designing and deploying enterprise-scale data protection capabilities (DLP, PETs, encryption, tokenization).
• Strong software engineering foundation with Python/Java/Go skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and delivery of enterprise data protection and privacy engineering across data environments.
• Design and deploy PETs like encryption, tokenization, anonymization, DLP, and privacy-preserving solutions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to embed privacy-by-design and regulatory controls.
• Conduct privacy risk assessments, threat modeling, and control evaluations.
• Drive governance metrics, automation, and continuous privacy improvements.
